Why did I start content creation? Well, sharing my story and helping others feel less alone has been something I've wanted to do since I was a teenager. I have struggled with depression and anxiety a majority of my life and over time I have found ways to cope and stop letting it control my life. I started my cleaning channel to show the reality of homes with mental illness as well as to teach others like me how to keep up and clean. I wasn't taught the in-depth ways to clean or how to build that good habit so I taught myself and created my channel to spread that awareness and motivate others like me.

I had my son just after I turned 20 and it has been quite the journey to avoid losing myself. Motherhood is such an amazing blessing and I wouldn't change it for the world! However with depression and anxiety it has been tricky to find that balance and stay sane. Over time I have learned things that have made my life a little easier and I am still learning SO much every single day. Like I mentioned my goal is to share my story and help others feel less alone. Life is crazy and it's even crazier when we feel like we are the only ones experiencing it.

I started my blog asliceofkiwi.com to share my tips and tricks on many topics such as motherhood, pregnancy, mental wellness, cleaning, finance and just all of the adulthood topics. I also have my second channel A Slice Of Kiwi where I share vlogs, stories, advice and more.
